We will aim to provide you with a full referral report within 24-hours of treatment. For cases that are hospitalised for prolonged periods we will update you immediately after initial treatment and then aim to provide a follow-up report at the time of discharge. Reports are faxed and posted, however, to minimise the use of paper we encourage all referring vets to provide us with a contact e-mail address so we can send reports and relevant images electronically.
For cases referred where you have not received a report within three days please contact the Grove to ensure the primary surgeon is aware. Despite out best efforts to ensure all reports are processed within 24-hours, occasionally some reports fail to be delivered within this time frame. In order to continue providing the best service for your clients it is important we are made aware at the earliest opportunity of any missing/delayed reports.
