To ensure that we provide what we are dedicated to deliver, we make the following commitment to you.
- We will allow timely communication to occur from the time you contact us to make an appointment for your client right through to the case report and after care.
- We will fax, e-mail or post a referral report with a brief explanation of treatment, procedures and after-care within 24-hours of treatment or before the animal’s discharge.
- Our veterinary surgeons will return your calls concerning in or out patients on the same day whenever possible.
- We will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding your referral.
- Costs of initial treatment and ongoing charges will be discussed with clients. Estimates will be as accurate as possible taking into account the fluid nature of treatment. Deposits may be required.
- We aim to give realistic prognoses to clients. We ask that you give realistic expectations to clients when referring them to us.
