Gordon graduated from Edinburgh University in 1984. He joined the practice in 1986 and founded the orthopaedic referral practice in 1997 with Simon Gilbert. He is now a referral director at the Grove. Gordon’s area of expertise is in the diagnosis and treatment of small animal orthopaedics and spinal injuries. In 1994 he gained his certificate in small animal orthopaedics (an examination set by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons) and was awarded the Leslie Vaughan prize.
Outside the practice Gordon is a family man, married to Sarah and they have three children. The Brown family is completed by three dogs – Milly, Archie and Badger and a cat called Jazz.
