Grove Referrals offers a range of referral services for small animals within East Anglia. Our surgeons have a wealth of knowledge and experience in their respective fields and their skills are enhanced by support from surgical assistants and a fully trained nursing staff.

Referring a Case

Urgent referrals: For urgent cases, call 01328 862137 (available evenings and weekends). Our 24/7 service includes a dedicated night team working with orthopaedic surgeons to provide round-the-clock care. Orthopaedic cases requiring out-of-hours care can be sent directly to our hospital, reducing stress and travel for the patient. Cases are triaged, monitored overnight, and assessed by an orthopaedic consultant, with a follow-up teleconsultation for treatment and fees.

Standard hospitalisation fees apply (no additional OOH surcharge).

Non-urgent referrals: Use our online portal, or contact us at 01328 862137 or [email protected] with client details, referral reason, history, and relevant x-rays/reports.

Free advice: Call, email, or submit via our online portal for case discussions.

Radiographic opinions: Submit through the online portal with relevant history. DICOM images are preferred, but JPEGs, photos, and videos are also accepted.
